If you tuned into last week’s episode of “Grand National Championships,” then you heard Tampa Bay new-wave and punk-rock genre-bender Joyeater play its new album, Naysayer, front-to-back, live on the radio. If you missed it, then you’re probably going to want to ask that kid you think has similar musical taste as you where this house show is. Two rowdy bands — punk-scene staple Permanent Makeup and relatively-new Bornite Carnation — play support. Don’t be a dick when you get there.

Joyeater Album Release w/Permanent Makeup/Bornite Carnation. Fri. Nov. 29, 8 p.m. $5 suggested donation. Nova House, Clearwater.
