Exclusive! Akhil Sachdeva: Music gave me a chance of becoming a better soul – Times of India

From ‘Sun Mere Humsafar’ to ‘Channa Ve’, Bollywood singer-composer Akhil Sachdeva has always aimed for the heartstrings with his music and vocals. He always made sure to touch the right chord, set the right tone, and leave a mark with his every musical artist. And recently, talking to ETimes exclusively, he made us understand how he casts this spell.

He told us, “As far as my motive for doing music has been concerned, I till the date have never thought that it’s my profession. That’s what I don’t intend to think about it. I think music feeds my soul and it’s my calling definitely. I might have had different reasons for how I started doing music or how music chose me to be precise but the intention, the approach, the hard work, and the feeling has always been for the love of music; to give love or to spread love and happiness through my performance. So that’s what I intend to do.”

“I can’t even think of a single breath without music in my life. So, it’s important to me.

And as I consider myself an artist who loves to spread love, that’s perhaps why my connection with my fans and audience has always been the way it is,” he added.

The songster also told us how music has been a driving force for him towards becoming a better being. “ I always focused on becoming a better human being in whatever thing I do in life. One has to be a good human first and then can be anything. Music gave me a chance of becoming a better soul every day and that is how I always want it to be,” concluded Akhil Sachdeva. We just hope that music keeps the spirit of the ‘Tera Ban Jaunga’ fame singer Akhil alive just like this, and he keeps rendering us one after other amazing melodies.
